Ours hasn't. Seems like lots of people have one or two bolts that loosen, but they aren't always the same ones. The brackets on the side of the tongue loosen for some, but not always. The streetside one will loosen if the gas line isn't lowered and Bob Sunrus has devised a fix that will never loosen. It is several posts up.

It is best to check bolts because you really don't want to lose one.

Lock-tite and/or punch the thread where it projects through the head ... prevent loss if it backs out all the way.

Hi, I think that if these bolts were at the proper torque, they would never come loose; Mine never have, But another forum member actually bent both of those bolts. How, I have no idea.
