Question Air Ride hitch?

Does anyone have any experience with Air Ride hitches? Their page for regular hitches is: http://www.airridehitch.com/receiver_hitches.html. They also have gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches.

My problem is this: I have a '93 Ford F350 4x4 with very stiff suspension. It is causing some damage to my A/S, popping out the rivets around the battery door openings, for example. According to Inland Andy, that is a classic sign of too stiff suspension on the tow vehicle. He also said in one post that "Airstreams love softly sprung tow vehicles."

The trouble is that I neither can nor want to give up my truck, as it also does duty hauling a four-horse gooseneck. So I have been looking for alternatives. The medium duty Air Ride receiver hitch is almost $1000. It would be worth it if it kept my A/S intact for many more years.
