I'd stick with Ford if for no other reason than warranty work.

Most of all: REPLACE THE COOLER LINES AND AUXILIARY COOLER. ADD A RACOR OR MAGNEFINE AUXILIARY FILTER DOWNSTREAM OF AUX COOLER.

Thanks for all your speedy replys.
I went with the Ford but added the post 2004 6.0 L cooler.

I did post on the Diesel forum, which started a firestorm similar to asking bout axles and tires on this forum LOL
