No m.hony. But it does have a Ford 9" rear end and a 5.0L Ford V8 though.

You probably could tow with it, though.

Nice rig! How did you solve the bike rack question? That looks great!

Does Truck Have Brake Controller?

Just bought an Airstream. Will tow with 2008 Chevy Silverado HD Diesel that has tow package. Assume it has a brake controller... how do I know?

On the dash board, left hand side, under instruments/AC outlet, if it has it, will be mounted there. If it has the tow package, should be there.

Thanks... I see it. Owner's manual doesn't say much about it. What do I need to know? It appears you can adjust braking capability upward/downward?

Yes, after the trailer is attached, you can adjust it so the brakes work they way you want.

On the dash left of the steering wheel will be some controls with a + button and a - button and a slider.

Make sure the wiring is connected from the brake controller along with all other wires at the seven wire jack mounted either beside the license plate or on the receiver. If there are electrical issues when connecting to the trailer, check to make sure there is no corrosion on the wire connections just before the plug on the truck or the blades in the receptacle.

on front we have an arvika bike rack
7000 SÚrie : 7002 26 A - B - C
and on rear we have the "new" airstream rack (can't see from photo posted).
both have drawbacks (rear interferes with storage compartment access; front is harder to load/unload and bikes get splattered with bugs) but as we are a family of avid bikers, this was the best solution we could find to store all 4 bikes conveniently
