2500 diesel / 25 EB ...see avatar ... great combo for us. We wanted to get a VW, but the local dealer said that they would NOT warranty any drivetrain or suspension issues that might arise on the Touareg if we pulled the AS w/ EQ WD hitch.

I'm hoping to use my 2010 Sport Trac Adrenalin to tow my AS when it's finished.
Has anyone used an Adrenalin as a TV before? If so what did you pull?

Not saying mine is better than yours, just that I love my F-250. It's the best riding and quietest vehicle that I've ever owned.

What do you tow your Airstream with?

99 F250 Super Duty 4x4 diesel xtra cab short bed 4 wheel anti lock disc brakes with a shell and anti sway bars (purchased years ago for another purpose) for our new to us 75 Overlander 27' with regular hitch. Truck doesn't know the trailer is back there, not even in 50 mph cross winds, except when putting on the brakes and ever so subtly you know the trailer is doing a little more of the work.

2012 Ram 3500 CCSB SRW 4x4 6.7L CTD w/ Leer Canopy, Reese Titan Class V hitch, and Titan 56 gal. replacement fuel tank. We had the truck before we bought our 2014 FC 27FB but it tows it very well. I make a point out of carrying all the heavy stuff (tools, spare fluids & parts, extra spare tires, aluminum floor jack, shovel, Weber Q Grille, etc.) in the bed of the truck and this helps handling substantially. Plenty of power and good brakes too.
