TV tire suggestions?

i'm looking for tires for a 2000 Ram 1500 5.9L. I'm going to be pulling a 3700# Spartan Manor. Tire size is 245/75R16.

i'm looking at Michelin LTXs. I'm off-road very little, but i will be on the boat ramp a couple times a week in the spring with a small boat.

My questions are: do i need A/Ts or just the M/Ss? how about the M/S2s?
do i need E-rated or 109Ts?

I don't think you can go wrong with the M/S's. The new ones have an extra ply, can be pumped up to 44psi and tend to get better gas mileage.
