Trailer Movers

I am in the planning stage of constructing a building on my property to house my 27' Serenity and TV. Because of space limitations and H.O.A. restrictions, I may have limited backing capabilities. I have been researching the possibility of using a trailer moving device such as Airtug or Parkit360 to move my TT in tight situations. Does anyone have experience with either of these two movers or with another brand?
