I'm surprised that no one has said anything about this commercial yet. It shows a Toyota SUV pulling a new Airstream to an apparent astronomy gathering somewhere in the desert. The next scene shows the kids cuddling in a blanket in the back of the Toyota with the tailgate open while the Airstream sits in the background. I know that it's a Toyota commercial - but c'mon - I'll bet the kids would have been curled up in the Airstream with a box of popcorn and the DVD player going! On the other hand, if the kids were sitting around a campfire toasting marshmallows with the Airstream and Toyota in the background that would have worked too.
Cracker, We laughed at the obvious (those kids in the SUV rather than the Airstream). Nice TV time for Airstream as well though I guess. I wonder how much it cost in shared air time.
Even camping with 40' motorhome I always carry tents for our sons.
Seems they have more fun this way, so do we.
Than we have no TV, no DVD in our motorhome.
Oh to have them want to sleep in the truck!!!!!!!!! But NO!!!!! In the trailer with the TV, DVD, makeup mirror, CD player, AC and heat and the better of the three beds!
Man I am going to miss them next summer......................
