Tow Vehicle question

Folks;
I have a 1999 5 speed Nissan pick-up truck.
130,000 miles, good condition.
Can I use this as a 4 wheel down tow vehicle
behind my 1994 Airstream 35 foot Land Yacht
Motor Home?
The MH is a Diesel Pusher w/230 Cummins

If it is a stick shift, It is my understanding that you can. If it is 4 wheel drive even better as you can put the transfer case in neutral. Maybe someone will chime in that has a similar setup to what you have.
