If I remember right, that truck uses a 235/75X15, and while I was researching the tire stores online trying to find an LT D load range tire in that size, I was not too successful.

I did, however, find lots of "XL" rated tires in that size, and with their rated air pressure of 50 pounds, they will carry more weight than a "C" load range tire.

I would think any one of those XL tires would do a good job for you, and there are lots of brands/models to choose from. Take a look at www.tirerack.com , click on search tires by size, and about three pages of different tires will come up.

There are lots of LT tires in 16-inch sizes. It might be time to switch, so that you'll have a better selection to choose from. With our old pickup, we switched from 16.5 to 16-inch wheels for this same reason. Also, 16-inch steel wheels aren't very expensive.
