Being one who craves information I am an avid reader of RV magazines. Two of my favorites are Trailer Life and RV lifestyle (Canada Based).
While looking for subscription information for RV lifestyle I came upon their very informative web site.
Click on the link below and view the red column,
"Hitch Hints" Looking for a tow vehicle.
The article is written by a Canadian Airstream dealer and discuses tow vehicle criteria. Enjoy!
I don't know about using a Corvette to pull my trailer. Just getting in and out of one of those sports cars would be more effort that its worth. The tips on selecting the right tow vehicle is interesting.
Thanks for the link. I bookmarked the site as I assume the articles will be renewed often.
There were some other good articles on that RVLIVESTYLE page that I found worthwhile.
"Eliminating trailer sway" and
"Setting up an equalizing hitch"
RV Times is one I was not aware of. It is from BC and it may be that territorial thing that does exist. I viewed the link you supplied and saw that it had some good info. Did you find the same? There are a couple other smaller RV mags in Canada. Do you know if there are many more in the States?
I go to 2 or 3 large RV shows every year and it is at these shows that we pick up copies of the various magazines.
I do have a subscription to Trailer Life and like it.
