Anybody tow a 2003 - 2008 28 footer with a Chevy Tahoe? Does it work?

Welcome to the forum. I don't tow with a Tahoe, but think it would do fine as long as it has the tow package, and a good sway elimination hitch, like the ProPride is used.

Without such a hitch, I would advise against it because of the vehicle's relatively short wheelbase.

The shorter rear overhang than a Suburban makes up for a lot if the hitch rigging is done correctly. See comments by Andrew_T

I tow a 25' TradeWinds with an '05 Tahoe. I've got a Reese Dual Cam hitch, and I don't have a problem.... except going uphill and passing gas stations - those items do present a problem.
