All the suspension related stuff back there looks "factory" with the exception of the airbags. Some of the bolts and brackets in the pictures are related to the enormous 5th wheel hitch sitting in the bed. Bottom line is that i don't think the truck has been raised, or abnormally raised. Looks like just a lot of heavy duty suspension parts. It is a Super Duty truck, after all.
Thanks to everybody for the input. First camping trip is this weekend. We're going to test it out up in the mountains.
Does anybody know where to find torque specifications for the factory installed hitch? I'm taking about the bolts that actually attach the receiver to the frame of the truck. I ran across a discussion of this here on the forums several years ago and vaguely remember 100 to 110 lbs. Naturally I can't find it now.
Torque specs are not unique to the hitch. They are determined by the size and grade of the bolt.
You should be able to determine both.
Then just look it up on the Internet.
ie: torque specs for a 1/2" grade 8 bolt.
