The good news...They never need servicing, so you save money and time there.
The bad news....they cost much more than old repackable wheel bearings.

Memory is not good on this one, but I think about $175 per.

EDIT: I think, on second thought, this vehicle must replace the hub with the bearing in order to get the speed sensor reluctor ring fitted with the bearing. About $500 per side (front). You didn't say if you needed front or rear)

Rears appear to be the same price range.

oh but they do

GM sealed wheel bearing hub assemblies do wear out it seems...if one does it himself , it is not that costly....on the road, however, it is quite costly it seems.....$500.00 or so at a GM dealer

You misunderstand me...they do not need repacking every 15,000 miles, at about $75 - $100 each time (depending on labor rate) like the old ones. Yes all bearings have a life expectency, which depends a lot on load and operating conditions.

How many miles on the truck? First replacement(s) per corner?

QS has four of the sealed bearings, non-QS have only fronts.

RockAuto.com... $95 - $208?

I've changed a few 'sealed' Chevy bearings - easier than I though it would be, just need the 3-foot persuader handle on the rust-welded bolts...

EDIT: Oops. missed the 'done' part, my condolences Sir...
