Our 23ft floor plan is as follows - seems to serve us well (family of 4):
-gaucho couch at front
-galley kitchen (with small fridge, stove & cooktop)
-in the middle we have another gaucho couch on the left and on the right a closet & small sort of dresser (we bought a little microwave & sit it here, and kids use portable DVD player in this spot too on rainy days).
-rear is 'wet' bathroom - we only use toilet in the night or in emergencies, we don't shower in the trailer (we use the camp's showers)
-we are a family of 4 (2 adults are 5'10 & 6ft) 2 kids (age 7 & 10)
-we don't eat in the trailer, have a quick set up dinning tent where we eat (not enough room for 4 to eat in the trailer).
-our kids share a bed
-we share a bed
-we pack the fridge/freezer full of meals (in ziplock bags as they lay flat & can pack lots) we've cooked & frozen at home, so our camp time is spent relaxing as much as possible
-we also pack our bikes in the trailer (on the rear gaucho reclined)
-its cozy, but most of our time is spent outside
