Rear Fender Liners.

Hi, Well I ordered a set of Weather Tech floor mats, $$ a Tailgate Defender, $ a Retrax Pro bed cover, $$$$$$$$ and now I found out that I need Rear Fender Liners. Ford decided that they don't need fender liners in the rear. But for the sake of road junk, mud, and snow etc. I guess I better order those too. $$ Mind you I'm doing my best to keep this new truck stock. What next?????

Oh yea, I have to buy a new shank for my hitch, but I will say that's for the trailer.

Thumbs up

Howdy Robert!!!

Ain't it great what they decide to eliminate to save a few $$$$.

Few years back at the Chevy Store....
I remember the first time I tried to unlock the passenger door on a new car with the key, no lock.

But folks do get used to whats there and whats not.

"I can't get into my car, I push the button and nothing happens."

"Have you tried the door key?"

"No, I forgot about the key."

Good Luck with the new TV.

Bob

Hi, Bob; I remember way back in the seventies I had a customer's Lincoln with an automatic head light problem; I had to order the parts. The customer said that they wouldn't be able to drive the car because the auto headlights didn't work. I told them that they would work the old fashioned way, PULL THE KNOB! Ohhhhhhhhhhhh.

I have to sneak over to the Chevy and Dodge stores to see if they have rear fender liners on them.

Bob, Don't know about all of them or the later models, but my '12 Ram 2500 has the fender liners.

They are included with some packages...optional on others, on Chev/GMC.

Hi, today my new fender liners came in. No markings as for which side and which direction they go. Also came with Ikea type instructions. I started on the driver's side and the fight was on. All went well, until the last step, to install two body clips to the bed. Loosen all bolts, push here, pull there, and with your third hand install these two clips.

Go in the house and have lunch before round two of the fight. Well now I have experience and the passenger side decided to not put up a fight. I now have rear fender liners installed and I will sleep better tonight.

I ordered a new 2015 Ford F-250 diesel a few months ago. The fender liners were available as an option which I ordered for about $100. Seemed like a good thing to have. My '02 F-250 had them and I think they were standard equipment.
