New Tow Vehicle available...

OK, for all you folks who think that the Duramax and the Ford 6L diesels in their one-ton offerings are just too wimpy, there's a new kid on the block: the Navistar Pickup. Starting at just $93k, it's targeted at all of us who use our pickups for grocery shopping and wheeling in and out of fast food places.

Here's a peek:

New Navistar Pickup

There is a black one at the Chevy dealer on my way home. I figured it might be a one-off custom job for towing rv's, race car trailers, or commercial trailers. But at that price, I'll take two!

Don't want a 4x2. Think they will make one with 4 wheel drive?

I rode in the front seat of an Internationl ambulance. I'm not sure if it had springs installed or not. It rode like a lumber wagon.

According to the company's website, it is. MSRP $115k. And a towing capacity of 40,000 pounds. Roger can get three more trailers like the one he has now, and have a wagon train...

Sure seems like alota $$$, for medium duty truck, with a chevy bed on it. For that price, there should be a lift gate included as standard equipment.

Opp's, that must be a Ford bed, they claim 6 tons of carring capacity in it on their web site, must be some heavy double wall construction !

Will need a down payment.

Having been recently married,
I will turn over the first, second and third born
as down payment.

They have that DT466 turned down real low, only 220 HP. A Duramax, Dodge or PS would probably out pull it, in as is stock configuration.
