New Tow Vehicle!!

I am proud to say I have discovered what I believe is the perfect TV. I have previously been of the mindset that one should have a large heavy duty truck to pull a camper, but after much research and study have seen the error of my ways. I recently acquired my 96 Harley Davidson Electra Glide which is now my new TV.........with the help of my Hensley Arrow of course.

I chose the E Glide due to its soft ride and proven durability(The fact that it closely matches my AS is a benefit). I realized if a Frenchman can do it with a bicycle, then a 65 horse Harley should have few issues. I will admit that the Harley's charging system is having difficulty supplying enough power to the six trailer brakes (any suggestions would be appreciated).

The maiden voyage this afternoon was rather uneventful......thanks in part to the HAHA. I did notice several strange looks from other drivers and one State Trooper.

Did I mention that the Harley gets 45 MPG ........MORE MONEY FOR AWNING LIGHTS!!!

Hitch rating is not important as my trailer is perfectly balanced.

You only need to install a second hitch the rear bumper of the airstream so you can tow a 4WD dune buggy. Then you'll be ready for anything.

That's the best looking tow vehicle I've seen in a long time. Perfectly matched paint job too. It's too bad the orange hitch messes up the aesthetics.

Amazing! I'd love to see a video of that rig going down the highway!

If you attach this generator to the back seat of the bike you should have enough power for the brakes. It only adds 55 pounds for 2000 watts. And with some rubber hose teed into the fuel line of the bike you can run it from the same fuel source.

That is exactly what I need........... I should be able to do that since the trailer is so perfectly balanced.

Someone mentioned video........I will have to work on that.

It's amazing what a little warm weather will do to someone's thought processes.

No, you have it all wrong! The Harley goes ON the trailer, not in front of it!
