In 100k i have not replaced spark plugs.....how long should one go before replacing....

fuel injection service????
I would replace the plugs with what GM recomends.
Replace your fuel filter(s) and add a can of Seafoam to tank.

BG44K is the old standard reliable fuel system cleaner. Though the formulation has changed, it is miles better than Seafoam (a low dollar, harsh additive). REDLINE and others also make some decent stuff, but BG44K is still standard.

BG Company

As to sparkplugs, again, check against enthusiast boards. Every now and then an alternate selection is a slight bit better (expensive iridium plugs for example).

True REDNAX, I was hesitant recomending seafoam but it is easily available and better than nothing.
I presonally use Lubrication Engineers products as I have found none better in the last 25yrs, this is the additive I use.

Hey, I've been using LUBE CONTROL LC-20 for nearly 40 years, off and on! FP-60 FUEL POWER has been good to me in diesel and gasoline vehicles (consistency).

Lube Control Distributors

LE was practically next door when I lived in DFW.

And, I guess we both value SCHAEFFERS

Schaeffer Oil | Diesel Fuel Additives, Conditioners, Treatments

I hear good things about their diesel soy fuel additives but haven't yet tried them (from a tribologist and others).

The one I ALWAYS recommend from their line is CLEAN & COOL #258 (as many already understand that their grease and lube oils can't be beat for value).

To the OP: SCHAEFFERS is carried by some NAPA stores now if interested. Main business of America's oldest oil company has always been industrial and agricultural. Truckers know them, too.
