Incentive in the Fall for Ram 2500?

I am considering a 2015 Ram 2500 CTD. The current rebate/incentive for their "Summer Sale" is $3000.

Of course that number will go even higher in the next few months.

Does anyone remember what the rebate got up to last fall on the 2014 models?

Just make them an offer, if they don't throw you out maybe they will deal...

I bought my 2014 last year about this time and I recall it was also $3k.

Not sure if the rebates ever increased but the selection only gets worse since the 15 orders are shut down in preparation of cutover to 16's.

The local dealer here has two 2016 Tradesmans on the way. So their 2015 stock will probably be it unless they transfer some over from another dealer. I see on the sticker of one of them the Cummins is now $8995 but they've included the 68RFE transmission in the Popular Equipment Package. Cummins was $8305 and 68RFE was $600 on 2015 sticker so the diesel option has gone up $90 for 2016.

Does anyone know what changes (if any) are on the 2500 CTD trucks in the 2016 model?

Searching online a new Limited trim. 900lb torque from the Cummins engine with the Aisan transmission. Just Google "2016 Ram 2500 changes"

and of course higher prices.

Great deal on Ram 2500 Laramie

I just bought a 2014 ram 2500 Laramie black. The list was over $71,000, I paid $48,500. At least in my neck of the woods, dealers are hurting. Search online, because even if you have to travel immediately to save thousands more than buying locally

Was that for a new model? I just paid $47,500 for a 2014 Ram 4x4 2500 Cummings Laramie Crew Cab with 26,000 miles.

Ram was offering a $3000 rebate when I bought my 3500 back in February. I would think that they'd do better for year-end clearance, but as others have pointed out, your selection keeps going down.

The truck had 500 KMs on it. Those number are in CDN, with today's exchange rate $48,500 is $37,000 USD.

Thanks.

I found this:

And this:

Still weighing options of either finding the "exact" truck as a 2015 model or just waiting to order a 2016. I'm retired, and my company extends the Chrysler Affiliate Program for new vehicle purchases to me.
