i have a friend that used to pull the occasional farm wagon with his h1 (hay, cattle and so on)
it wasn't pretty so he switched to a 64 ford 550/650 equivalent...
the 1999 h1 is a DOG at acceleration...
and loud beyond belief on the open road at 60 mhp...
but a kick in the seat to drive at 40mph cross the open country!
the steering, quattro and suspension are friggin cOoL!
the 30ft classic in question exceeds the towing parameters for weight and hitch mass.
and the hummer wheel base is short short short....
and while the h1 is plenty stout, i'm not sure how a weight distribution system would work with the suspension or how the hitch mounting point could be adapted...
otoh the hummer does have helicopter lift hooks for evacuation and delivery!
and can ride at 44 inches UNDER water...
