Yep, and you could do 3 + laps by the time the pruis did 1... Way more fun to dirve.

Hey camping in lake city this weekend. Raining today, may have to go home a day early.

Going Green (recycle)

Recycled 1950 body- 1982 suburban chassis and drivetrain (6.2 diesel)- starts and stops on diesel, but the rest of the time (about 75%) it runs on used vegetable oil. It gets 13.25 MPG with our 26' Argosy. The "green" we like are the trees while camping.
Gotta go, We're leaving for 8 days.

Convert you tow vehicle to natural gas. Just make sure you have enough tanks to make it to the next cng station...

Wow Twinkie - That setup is gorgeous and I'd bet very "livable" too.

Without redirecting this thread too much I'd like to know more about your setup:
- Affordability (Can the Argosy and TV be adequately insured?)
- Alternative fuels (Can you carry biodiesel tubs in the trailer without too much risk of smell or spill?)
- How easy is it to obtain biodiesel, recognizing of course you could just as well use pump diesel whenever you want?

I'll search past posts for more, incl. photos.
