Yeah... and "it's OK to be paranoid... that way you're not surprised when they come for you"...

However, yesterday I came upon a company (RDS Manufacturing in Perry, GA) that makes auxiliary fuel tanks. Now, I am sure there are other companies - I just happened to come across this one at Northern Tool.

Anyway, the ability to add an auxiliary fuel tank/tool box for me takes away the interest in the long bed. For my interests, I will probably focus more on an F350 crew cab/short bed, which would make it easier to park than a crew cab/long bed - the mother ship. If I never had to park anywhere, I might go with the long bed, but that is not the case.

By the way - the new 2008 F250/350 diesel is really an awesome machine - quiet, powerful, extendable/foldable mirrors - oooh baby.

Brad, The RDS is the tank I have, and it is the same one that Northern Tool sells. You can pick it up in Perry Fl. I payed $105.00 to have it shipped to Arcadia where I was last winter. I don't think you could drive down there and back for that. Also you can get the plain insted of the diamond plate and save $100.00. Good luck find what you want.
