CIPA Extendable Mirrors

Anyone have these? Just wondering if they're any good.

might be interested. My 04 GMC pax side camper mirror cracked so now I'm looking at replacing them.

I know the Schefandecker are good but I'd prefer a more up and down mirror so I'm just wondering what peope are thinking of the Cipa.

Do you have ones for the GMC and if so how much are you looking for them?

I had them on my 96 Suburban and they were perfect for the AS. They may look a bit large at first but after towing with them, you don't even notice. Well worth the investment.

Those kinda suck. I have them too, and after one of the mirrors cracked to pieces on a cold Bozeman night and kept threatening to slip off my Tahoe mirror... I decided these are pretty good-looking, and have pretty disappointing performance.

I've never had them slip - may be the shape of the Durango mirrors they like. Going with McKesh for the coming season.

Good luck finding something you like.

I've got a set of the McKesh mirrors. Used them on the truck before this one. One of these days I'll get around to posting them for sale.

Good mirrors.

I'll be using an '06 Trailblazer as my tow vehicle - can't find a slipcover-style mirror online that is designed for it, though. Looks like I'll be fudging around with these CIPA's for a while more.

Good mirrors.
believe it or not but that's what's on my truck right now. I guess GMC outsourced to them.

Anyway, looks like they're prone to cracking in extreme cold when heated mirrors are turned on.

Actually I'd prefer a more up and down style mirror.
