I thought it was mandatory that it be silver.

I’m partial to Blue… here are a few pictures of a trip this summer to Chama NM. The truck and Airstream have only been parked for a month now and I’m already read for summer adventures again!

Silver is the most popular vehicle colour in North America. Is anyone surprised?

It does surprise me how many people are surprised that I tow the Sovereign with just a 4.2 litre V6. Hey, that's Ford power!

If your Airstream is a MOHO, your tow vehicle might be any color.

Twinkie..... How cool is that! Love the rig and the colors are perfect. My husband collects Ford Woodies. Can't wait to show him your rig.

The silver is good, but I think that I prefer the maroon.

Looks good, and you're at Auto Zone to boot. One of my favorite places

Polka dot, is a good color design, especially if some of the dots are reflective.

Everyone will see you.

Everyone will wonder, and think, "what's up"?

Everyone will avoid being near a rig like that.

Top of the ladder "safety".

Great thread folks.... but what about the other way around?

My tow'd vehicle hasn't quite made it to being towed yet but I'll have the trailer ready... just a little while after I start working on it.

The plan is to paint the trailer the same Imron Marine Blue as the lower half of Airstream One and to re-paint the top third of the AS the same silver metallic as the Allante.

The biggest problem is that the Allante spends a lot of time in the driveway right behind the AS now.... without ever being hooked up.

Twinkie - That combo is beautiful!

We got our TV used (2008 F250 - 12000 miles on it) so whatever color it was, we got. Turns out it doesn't look bad. It is the dark grey, almost brown hugh. If we had picked a color though, would have been a dark blue to match the awnings and the interior we are putting in. Unfortunately I sold the only blue vehicle we had after getting the AS and TV:

Best Color for a Tow Vehicle

I like the Dodge Atlantic Blue, it matches the Airstream letter color.
