ASAP-'90 GMC Suburban 4x4-pull 26' Argosy?

I'm a newbie and just bought a 1976 26' Argosy. I am trying to find a cheap but reliable tow vehicle and came across this craigslist (scroll down the page to see the pics):

He said it already has a receiver hitch, AND controller brake.

Any thing I should consider about using this to tow my Argosy? The owner said he found a link he will send me that it has a 6k something towing capacity. I only plan to tow the trailer about three times a year. It's expensive to rent a truck. There is only one company in town with a truck that has a brake controller in it. In one 24hr period it would cost me about $133. So three times a year with a three-four day trip camping out in a field at camping festivals would sure add up. I only plan to drive 1-3 hours outside Atlanta to these festivals as well.

I would appreciate any feedback soon as I'm going to look at it tomorrow: Sat. 6-12.
