A minor modification...

I saw this pic in an ad for parts for sale on Craigslist yesterday. I just had to share.

Pretty cool........looks like the AS that was used to make this was a late model. I think it would look even better if the wheel wells were cut out.

The listing says it's a 2005 19'r. It looks like it must have very little headroom inside with the frame and runninggear tucked into it. It's hard to tell.

I would think they did a shell off and installed the floor on a modified truck chassis. Egads on the tank re-work if they did that! At least you should be able to have a boat or toad behind.

Somewhere we've seen publicity shots of this unit in some past thread at AIR.

Boy, I'd like a closer look at that.

I saw his ad on Ebay or craigslist and it had a photograph that you could enlarge. The detail work for the new skirting looked pretty good. I was curious about the foldout steps.

Somebody is spending some big bucks regardless. That is a very new sprinter chassis and they do not come cheap. It is a great combination but i would have gone at least to a 23 footer or greater. Anyway, interesting and creative combo.
