Angry 2018 30 ft classic no A/C

We have a brand new 2018 classic and have taken it out for a trail run. We bought this in October and they winterized it. We can not get the A/C to work. It blows air but it is not cooling. Called Airsteam dealer and they have no clue. We are camping one more day and was wondering if anyone has had this problem? Turn it on on with the firefly system. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestion.

I'm sure others with a more recent model will offer some suggestions .. but just a couple of things to be aware of...

1. When you turn the AC on it doesn't come on instantly, at least mine doesn't. You have to wait a few minutes .. may even 3 to 5 minutes as the system goes through it's cycle before the AC turns on.

2. I know this may sound silly, but I will ask anyway, have you moved the thermostat down to a setting that is low enough for the the AC to be activated.

3. Final comment, again forgive me if this seems obvious, I assume you are connected to sufficient electrical shore power. And have you checked the fuses.

4. One more comment, I don't think there would be any reason for the dealer to deal with the AC during the winterizing process, other than turning it off.

My unit is a 2005 so there could be some other features as part of the climate control of which I'm not aware.

Your Classic has two switches inside the cabinet that houses the Blu Ray player. Switch both of them "on", that will engage both air conditioners manually. If they still do not come on and blow cold air, suspect they may need to be repaired or replaced.
I see from your profile you live in Colorado. Are you sure it's warm enough for the air conditioners to even run up in the mountains? If it's too cold, they won't turn on, no matter how much you try.
