1st tow w/ 2010 F150 5.4

Had trailer delivered in October and didn't tow it until today--to get five new tires.

Cross winds to 30MPH. Plenty of power and no sway at all w/the Equalizer hitch.

I opted for the supercrew and it's 6.5 foot bed. As I full time, both the truck bed (with BakFlip folding tonneau cover) and the trailer carry all my worldly possessions. Haven't weighed so don't know the total, but the truck had no problem moving down the road.

Couldn't be happier, and thanks to all who gave advice re TV as well as hitch!

Just purchased the 2011 F150 Ecoboost Supercrew today. With a twin turboed six rated at 365 hp and (they say) 11,300 towing ability, it should handle the Bambi 19' Se 2007 model well. It will be interesting to see how this new engine works out.

Good to hear HCR. Great motor. I still miss my old 2001 F150 with the 5.4, that I had for about 8 years. LFM, that Echoboost is getting great reviews. You guys have trucks that should serve well for a really long time.
