Firestone TransForce AT offer both20" and 18". Diameter is .2" larger, weight 5lbs more on the 20", the 20" has 1/16" less tread depth. Both rated at 3640lbs at 80psi. 20s cost $38 more.

I measured the height of a Ram 2500 CC with 18" and 20" rims and the distance to the bottom of the receivers were the same, 23".
