06 Range Rover as a tow vehicle

Would like your opinions on Range Rover towing a 19' Bambi. The receiver is more under the bumper than my Tundra. Tundra tows like a dream but would like to get rid of a vehicle.

What year is your Tundra? If it is 2008+, I'd keep the Toyota, mainly because of Toyota's longterm reliability -- Just my opinion...

Note: I have a 2008 Tundra.

I don't have a RR, but I did pass one yesterday between Flagstaff and Phoenix on I-17. he was towing a SOB trailer that was about the size of my 25' Trade Wind. We had a significant cross wind and he was all over the road and was working hard on the steeper uphills. It may have been the driver or the setup, but it did not look like he was enjoying the ride.

Note: I have a 2007 Tundra.

I tow my 16' Bambi with an '07 Range Rover Sport. No problems. Tows great. Gas mileage averages 14 mpg on the highway.

It depends what you want to tow—a Bambi, a 25', a 31', or a battleship?

And reliability is important too. The Tundra is a far more reliable vehicle (or, it cuts the mustard).

Note: I have a 2007 Tundra.
