Unfortunately, Airstream did not publish owners' manuals until
1964, and even then, the book was quite rudimentary by today's standards. The owners of coaches built before
1964 received a manilla envelope with the individual pamphlet, brochures, and manuals that accompanied the individual appliances and accessories intalled in/on the coach. After
1964, the owner received the manilla envelope along with the owners' manual. Today, you can check the manufacturer and model name/number of a particular appliance or accesory; and you may find that another member here on the Forums may be able to scan the needed document on that item - - there are also pdf files of many of these documents available on the
Vintage Airstream Club website.
Electrical and plumbing diagrams would not become readily available until Airstream began publishing Service Manuals; and the first of those were not published until the early 1970s. There are a number of
1963 Overlander owners here on the Forums, so if you are having a particular problem, a post with a description of the problem will likely bring a quick response.
