I"m considering buying a share in LYH, preferably one with an Airstream already on it. I could do simple renovations and updating as needed. I cab stay in my B van during renovations. Does anyone have a LYH AS and?or share for sale?

After seeing another post with the same question (maybe by you??), I visited their web site just out of curiosity. Seems to me that if you parked in one of their non-airstream lots for a month or so, you could ask around and surely find someone who was near selling. You would also get a feel for the place without the commitment. Of course, if you've already done that, well, ....hopefully someone on these boards will give you the response you desire. Our neighbors at Highland Haven Airstream Park in VA live in Melbourne, Florida and are going to sell their 34'. Nice older rig. PM me and I'll get you the phone number.

The aforementioned 34ft is an '84, the last year they manufactured Airstreams with thermopane windows. They've been emptying it and getting it ready for the market ever since leaving Virginia in late October. I believe it has twin beds but don't quote me on that one. Good luck in your search.

We stopped at LYH last summer for about a month.

We Quite enjoyed our stay the only slight drawback was that - as you probably know - there is no pool there.

It was a handy spot to leave the trailer while going on a short cruise from Port canaveral.

I recall that they had a bulletin board in the community centre with a list of at least a dozen people who had shares at LYH for sale. As well, I think there were several trailers in the park listed for sale.


Possibly a call to the park office might get you copies of updated listings?
