Forgive my cold-addled brain

Forgive me advance for being lazy and not using the search function, am in the middle of a killer head cold....

have to be out of the house for like 4 hours while realtors bring people to look today and don't really want to frequent the usual haunts... library, starbucks, etc with the way I feel

fortunately Thumper is 15 minutes away.

I know i can plug in and use the heat strip in the AC to take off the chill while we hide out, but if I muster the strength to turn on the gas, will the furnace work if I don;t also connect the batteries? Will it ignite connected to shorepower?

thanks much
Dana

This is what's in my user manual with my 2012 Flying Cloud. Don't know if your setup is the same. Good luck!

Yep, that's what it says

My manual confirms that, so it will be off to spend a few hours in Thumper, fortunately went to the library the other night and got book on the
Dambusters of WWII, which probably will be lighter reading than the other book I got about writers and their alcoholism.... Fitzgerald and Hemingway were a mess.

Who isn't? :-)

Enjoy your trailer escape. I spent a few minutes visiting The Tin Goat at the storage facility yesterday. Even just seeing it and stepping in it for a few minutes was like medicine.

We are camped in Lucy in Jacksonville, and have been here since Monday. It's still quite chilly (by our standards) in north Florida, but at least the rain has quit. This morning was the first sun that we've seen since we arrived.

It sure is nice to be out in Lucy on a sunny Saturday morning. We can't wait until it warms up enough to get out on a real trip.

Hmmmm, Brian.

What color is your tow vehicle?

We passed a silver something towing an AS the other day.

We just left Ft. Clinch SP, now in St. Mary's, GA for the weekend....at one of our favorite campgrounds, A Big Wheel RV Park. Quiet, beautiful, landscaped, well maintained and friendly, kindly, on-site owners.

Can't remember when we last saw the sun. It is shining here today, supposed to be a high of near 70 today and tomorrow.

We are towing Lucy this week with Olivia, the Suburban. She is maroon in color. We were last towing Lucy on Monday. We came across I-10 from home in the western Florida Panhandle to Jacksonville.

Saint Marys is very nice. We'll have to check out that Big Wheel RV Park It is supposed to go to a high of 69 degrees here in Jacksonville today.

Okay, wasn't you.

We waved, as we always do, but often the only ones who wave back are other Class B's.
