Wish me luck.....

Marmolium came in yesterday. This stuff is expensive but heavy duty. Got it layed out today, cutting and installing it tomorrow. You've heard measure twice cut once. How about measure six times cut once! Decided to do total glue down instead of just the perimeter. Vendor said etheir way would work. Didn't think the vinyle would split with movement of the trailer. But thought that if it lifted even a eighth it would tap when you walked on it. He demonstrated his concern and it made sense. Wish me luck.......

We put marmoleum in or 75 after pulling out the shag carpet and it was one of the best decisions we made on improvements. I just sold my trailer and it seems that the floor was the most commented on. It cleans up great and it looks great too.
I had it professionally installed as I have two left thumbs.
Good luck!

We are waiting for our marmoleum and will be following this thread. Is your trailer gutted? Will you be using template to cut the marmoleum? Can you post pictures as you go along? Are you using the adhesive sold by Forbo? Thanks!

I always measure 10 times and second guess once or twice measure again then cut and some how still make a mistake or two! Good luck to you and remember to post the after pictures!
