We have to replace a small area of our vinyl flooring-a Pergo look alike stuff- and I would like suggestions on the best adhesive. I have several tubes of stuff here that will hold it, but before I use it I thought you folks might know of one better than the other.
Thanks.
If your "cutting in" a damaged piece I'd use Armstrong Vinyl floor adhesive and then their seam sealer on the edges of the patch. If it's a standard piece like a few tiles then the adhesive alone should do it. In either case, if the plywood underneath is raw, seal it first with Jasco Primer Sealer so that your adhesive doesn't leach off into the wood over time. Painting the wood in the repair area will accomplish the same thing.
