We are rehabbing a 22' 1959 airstream? We are considering laying cork, does anyone have any experience with this product in the airstream? Also, I welcome any suggestions.

Since you said rehabbing, I'm thinking you have all the cabinets removed. If so, this might be something for you to consider. My wife wanted cork flooring for our 68. After talking with a friend who had refurbished a 67 Overlander, I concluded that a one piece sheet vinyl floor had a lot of advantages. I was able to find a cork pattern sheet vinyl at a local flooring store. I was camping this weekend and showed the trailer to 3 different couples, two of them thought the flooring was real cork. After 3 years, we love the look and the durability. When I installed it I only applied glue only around the perimeter of the flooring (about 6 inches wide). By doing it this way subfloor movement doesn't cause crease or cracks in the flooring. I did let the vinyl lay flat in the trailer for about a week before the final install so it would be perfectly flat. I applied a thin bead of RTV around the edge between the flooring and the walls to prevent any water (in case of a future leak) from being able to soak into the wood.
