Squeaky bathroom floor

Any ideas on why my 2007 25FB Ocean Breeze would have a squeaky bathroom floor? I'm guessing there's a floor seam in there (front to back direction) because one side is quiet and the other is louder than all get out. When I purposely push it with my foot there seems (no pun intended) to be some movement in that spot. Can I fix this from underneath or am I screwed? (pun intended!)
