Patching sub floor...

Hey guys, I recently bought a 75' Ambassador and we are putting a new floor down. I am wanting to patch some of the rotten floor with out replacing a whole section. any recommendations on this process, how and where to start, best and worst plans of attack. Thanks guys

I would have to see some photos. Extensive damage should be properly repaired and not patched, especially at the rear of the trailer where floor rot usually indicates structural damage and most of the times it is hidden under the bathroom.
