New Floor At Last!

After a long drawn out process (plus it has been so incredibly hot) I finally have the new floor installed in our 25FB. It started with plan to remove the dinette and build a table and add a recliner. This lead to a discovery of a wet floor, which lead to all the work associated with sealing the leak between the bumper plate and shell which is apparently common with a 2009 FB model.

It was not the plan to replace the floor but after repairing the plywood I could not get the linoleum (which was rolled back) to lay correctly plus it shrank about an inch around the edges. So after much deliberation we decided to go with Armstrong Fastak vinyl. If I must say so myself it came out pretty good. I still need to add some finishing trim but overall I'm happy with the outcome.

I would like to add a thank you to all of you who provided suggestions and advice.

Now it's back to the original plan of replacing the dinette with a smaller table and adding the recliner (which just arrived yesterday).
