Last summer I installed Allure Ultra interlock flooring, from Home Depot, in my '02 Classic. It sounds very similar to your product. It is vinyl and less than .2" thick. The planks are nearly 48" long and 7.5" wide. You are right about the cutting of this product! I used my power miter saw for cutting this it. A lengthwise cut was more difficult. I had access to a table saw and that worked well. We installed the same product in our park model (apparently near you, in Bonita Springs) this winter. We had vinyl on the floor that I tried to remove with a multi-tool. This didn't work well at all. To smooth up my attempts at the vinyl removal I got a quart of leveling "spackle" from the flooring dept. at Home Depot. Smooth it on your rough spots with a wide putty knife as best you can. It doesn't sand very well, but a metal putty knife will take off the high spots after it dries. Another install trick I discovered was to firmly screw a piece of the scrap flooring to a 2 x 4 and use it with a hammer as a "persuader" to completely lock the joints together. I even lubed some reluctant joints with a candle to help slide them in. Be sure they are completely together as sometimes they look "almost" locked but are not! We must have similar trucks. I love my '15 F-150 Ecoboost. It pulls incredibly!

I used the utility knife to score the plank then on a sharp edge simply broke it off. The other thing I did was to use a jig saw when needing a profile cut.

Although as I stated I glued mine down so can't really speak about transitions but I'm sure there is a manufactured piece made to do this. They make a leveling compound to fill the gaps on the vinyl.
