This is in a 1972 Argosy. Green and Gold! Got to love it

That looks great!

I'm planning to use commercial carpet squares in the '76 Argosy 28 I'm renovating. What brand did you use?

I thought that might be the one. That's the brand I've been looking at the most, mainly because they have so many choices and a good reputation.

Checked out Flor. Are your tiles held together by the "Dots" as shown on the Flor website. Will these tiles shrink or expand due to temperature extremes? Are you able to sweep dirt off these tiles or is a vacuum needed? Might be a good alternative to vinyl replacement due to buckling.

Yes they are held together with the dots. I can't answer the other questions yet. We have not used the trailer yet. We still have some windows to repair. I did sweep it with a broom. That seems to work ok. My plans are to sweep while we are in it and then vacuum
when we get home.

We used the Flor tiles about three years ago. They've been great. Held down with the dots, which are sticky-side-up, they float, so no noticeable change with temperature fluctuations.

And we use a little stick vac that stows nicely in the back of the closet. I screwed on a spring clip to hold it. Works better than sweeping.

Love Flor. Hope you got a few extras for stains. We had pet problems for a few years and the tiles are so easy to swap...great looking too! Super color choice.

I was wondering about stains. I wonder if they could be treated with something to repel spills. Does carpet shampoo work well?

Resolve carpet cleaner will get just about anything out. Foam is best for large areas and the bottle is good for spots.
