Flooring

I would like to put a new interior floor in my overlander, has anyone had any luck with using a floating wood plank floor. My concern is that it might pop up while in motion...Thanks for you advice..God Bless

I have floating vinyl flooring. It doesn't go anywhere. I was scared to use wood because of moisture and water leaks/spills

Most of the floating floor products interlock. If the edge is held with trim. I don't think it would pop up while traveling.
My biggest concern is the expansion and contraction due to moisture and temperature swings of 140 degrees.
-40 in the winter and 100+ in the summer.
Many people use this type of flooring.

I do get some expanding and contracting. I only notice it because I havnt installed the "base boards" yet. but I don't notice it in the floor itself

Leave room for expansion all around the perimeter (just like a home install) and don't fasten it to the subfloor.
