floor insulation
Hi, has anyone out there placed insulation between the bare plywood base and floor covering? If so, what did you use?

I am installing my floor this weekend and plan to use Prodex,which is a foil product with air bubbles inside.Its very tough stuff.Check the thread Ambassador Redux by Ambie 64 it has great pics on insulating.
