firmness of orig floor
just how firm should the orig. floorinb be?.....my 05 safari has spongy floor....am considering laying down hardwood flooring...what do ya think?

Hi, you are standing or walking on 5/8" plywood with a thin layer of vinyl or carpet on it, so it won't be rock solid. But it shouldn't be spongy/mushy either. Hope your trailer hasn't had excessive water leaks.
