I have not personally done this but I ahve seen it done on many a DIY show. My reccomendation id to cut one in half. This lets you use both of the pieces and then you will have a running bond (offset) throuout the floor. This will be much stronger that letting the seams line up and will help to prevent buckling and seperation. So full plank, 1/2 plank, full plank, etc. is how I would do it to strart. of course when you get to the other end you will need to cut to fit.
