Shock mount stud broken?

Working on a friends 1986 32' Excella, and pulled the wheels to repack the bearings and found 1 shock on each side missing. It looks like the previous owner decided to change the shocks, and twisted the threads off of the mount on the axle. I haven't tried to remove the remaing two, but have soaked them with penetrating oil prior to removal. Any idea where I can purchase the weld in stud type shock mount? Neighbour is a good welder and will weld in new ones if I can find them. We will drill out the old ones. Hopefully the mounts on the frame will not require replacement. Any and all ideas and thoughts on this appreciated. Thank you, Chris
