Wood Paneling

The wood paneling in my '71 is practically indestructable but a little dull. Any recommendations to bring out a little luster?? Must be Az tolerante. Hot here. Tom

you didn't say if you want to use some sort of wax finish or a varnish finish. i think i would try a beeswax and polish it, but that would need more upkeep. does it need sanded, is the finish in any way damaged? you could probably go to a woodwork shop and get some suggestions. also, this forum is great and i'm sure many others have faced the same thing and will be able to provide you more help. good luck! ps i would trade you the heat there for the cold here in michigan in a heartbeat!

Check out alsacorp FX sheeting. Not cheep but you can dress up existing panels to look pretty cool. I'm using some on my caravanner re-do and I'm pleased with it so far.

Wood Paneling

The wood paneling is in perfect condition. Not a scratch.
After all it is 'only' 38 years old. I do not want a high maintenance item. The coach, my 'other' child, must remain in the storage so I can't readily get to it. Just though there may be a product that could add luster. Thanks for all the input.

Murphy's Oil Soap. My wife uses it on our cabinets. Does a very nice job.
