What things have you found in your trailer?
Just beginning to remove the interior today. While ripping out the carpet I found a pair of men's whitie tighties in the hidden hamper behind the toilet. 😝. What have you found?

Three long time expired credit cards when I pulled the front couch.

A red Mark-A-Lot marker between the floor plywood and the crossmember.
It had worn a perfect form fitting hole in the insulation. It still worked well after being there for forty two years.
I used it in the trailers reconstruction.

A nice carpenter's level inside a cabinet. Since we bought the trailer new, it was a little bonus from the factory. I still use that level because the quality is better than what I had bought myself.

PO didn't have the keys when I bought, I found the full set under the sink when I took the cabinets out.

My parents gave us their '92 25' Classic in 2001. In about 2007 I removed the pantry to add some metal to the wall. Behind the pantry, I found some packaged cinnamon rolls dated 1994! They must have had a lot of preservatives because they didn't taste too bad!!

My AS came without keys too. I was vacuuming up a pile of insulation and rat droppings from under my kitchen sink and heard a metallic rattle going up the hose. Stopped the shop-vac, checked the canister, and found 2 keys on a small ring. Man, was I excited when I tested them and found they fit every lock on my trailer! That was a good find. I also found about a dozen 7.62mm rifle rounds scattered around the trailer.

Sprung mouse trap with clinging petrified mouse tail between the hot water tank and front bed. No sign of the rest of the mouse.

A packaged of rice spaghetti from Traders Joe in my sliding pantry. I know there are more treasures in my 1995 excella 1000. A package of pedigree dog food fell some where behind my pantry. I wonder what else is there and what fell behind my overstuffed dresser drawers. Also behind the shelf under the kitchen sink, I can't get to any of these places.

In 1972, I bought a 1960 canned ham (a wood frame trailer) -- in perfect condition (which should not come as a surprise since it was only 12 years old). In a galley drawer was a complete set of greased, new wheel bearings wrapped in wax paper...

My first Airstream, a '67 Caravelle, found a curler and a token to the '67 Yakima Fair, behind the water heater.
In my current '66 Safari, a magnetic key box in the rear bumper compartment, with the other original key!

Rat/mouse nests and hoards of acorn shells filling up 3 drawers, mouse/rat droppings, an old glass weather thermometer. Sadly no signatures of the builders.

Our AS has a black hole behind the storage cabinet under the sink. We lost a pancake turner down there in transit. I plugged up the hole but couldn't recover the pancake turner.

What have you found in your trailer?
A really sexy red nighty wedged in front of the bed and the head board. Wife carried it out of the trailer with a long stick.
