What is this rail for?

There is a rail going around the wall of our AS that I don't understand. It is on the wall near the gaucho and it appears again on the wall by the one bed. I've included a pic of the section near the gaucho. Anyone know what that's for?

Ohhh, ok that makes sense. Thanks! Are the curtains available to buy somewhere? Or at least could I get whatever hardware went in those tracks from somewhere?

Curtain clips with elastic are available from Airstream on line, Inland RV, Vintage Trailer Supply. You can have curtains made by someone on this Forum, and I'm sure someone here will give you that information. I can't remember who it is that does that. You might check the Search option up at the top right on this page. Ambrose also makes wonderful replacement curtains for your unit. You can contact balrgn on this site for information on those because I believe he has ordered from them. You will enjoy the way your trailer looks with the original curtains back.

Silver Threads (Tammy) makes wonderful curtains! She just made our moho front privacy curtain and has done lots for other AS owners.
